Shipping Policy

Here at Celui, we understand the significance of receiving your purchased items in excellent condition and within the stipulated timeframe. To ensure swift delivery, we leverage an extensive network of courier services.

The delivery period varies based on the pin code. Typically, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch from our warehouse.

We provide Free Shipping for Pan India. For international orders, the shipping cost shall be added at checkout.

In the unfortunate event of a prepaid order being lost during transit, a full refund will be processed.

Our courier partner will establish contact with you before the product delivery. Should you not be present at the delivery address, three delivery attempts will be made. If we are unable to reach you or if the calls go unanswered, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

We use eco-friendly packaging materials to minimize our impact on the environment. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with your Celui purchase is of utmost importance to us. While generally, products bought are non-returnable and non-refundable, we do recognize that on rare occasions, you might receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In such cases, they are eligible for exchange or return. If you're seeking an exchange for a different size, this is contingent on stock availability and must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.

Please note that items purchased from the sale section cannot be exchanged or returned. If the items are not on sale, a credit note equivalent to the cost amount will be provided for returns or exchanges.

Should you wish to proceed with an exchange, the product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To process the Return/Exchange please contact us through our email - contact@celui.in or Contact Us. Please be aware that monetary refunds are not provided for returns.

For a return to be accepted, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It should be accompanied by its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Returned items will undergo an assessment by our quality assurance team. If the product fails to meet our criteria, it will not be accepted, and it will be returned to you at your expense. Regrettably, no reimbursement will be issued in such instances.

For products purchased from third-party websites or retail stores, kindly liaise with them for any return or exchange requests.

Please be advised that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Your understanding is appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

For online prepaid orders, requests for cancellations need to be initiated within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations will result in the issuance of a credit note.

If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to use a Credit Note:

You can use your Celui Credit Note on our website during the checkout process.
When you're on the checkout page, enter the credit note code in the 'ENTER YOUR PROMO CODE' field and click 'APPLY.'

The system will immediately apply the discount code, deducting the specified amount from your total payable.
Please note that the credit note is valid for a period of 4 months.

It's important to mention that the credit note does not cover the shipping fee paid when placing the order.
