You can choose the product of your choice from our website and add it to the cart. Proceed to check out and choose to pay for your order via Online Payment, Credit/Debit card or UPI through Razorpay gateway.
To find the right size for you, first take your measurements using a tape measure and compare them to the measurements provided in the size chart. If your measurements are in between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size. If you have any further questions or need help selecting the right size, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
We understand that everyone’s feet are different and it can be difficult to determine the right size for you. To help you choose the right size for your broad or narrow feet, please refer to our sizing guide for helpful tips on how to measure your feet and choose the correct size. You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days. Due to the artisan-made nature of our products, some orders might take a bit longer. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking details. For any further queries, feel free to contact our Customer Support team.
We ship all our orders using reliable courier aggregators. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to view the status of your order and track its delivery progress on our website.
Your satisfaction with your Celui purchase is of utmost importance to us. While generally, products bought are non-returnable and non-refundable, we do recognize that on rare occasions, you might receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In such cases, they are eligible for exchange or return.

To use your gift card, simply visit our website, select your desired items, and proceed to checkout. During payment, choose the "Enter Promo Code" option and input your unique gift card code. If your purchase exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the remaining amount using any of our accepted payment methods.
